Licensing

Any right not expressly granted by the applicable Rosarium Strata license is reserved. Uses not clearly covered by the purchased license require prior written permission.

All copyright and ownership in the original Rosarium Strata designs remain with Rosarium Strata. Purchasing a license grants defined usage rights only. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

The license is issued to the individual or legal business entity identified at purchase. It may not be transferred, assigned, shared, or sublicensed.

Authorized printers, manufacturers, contractors, and fulfillment providers may receive the designs only when necessary to produce permitted finished goods on the Licensee's behalf. They receive no independent right to retain, reuse, sell, distribute, or license the designs.

The original designs and source files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded for public access, given away, included in another asset collection, or made available in a form that allows another person to download, extract, copy, or reuse the designs independently.

This restriction applies regardless of file format, resolution, cropping, recoloring, filtering, tracing, vectorizing, compositing, or other modification.

Rosarium Strata designs may be used in commercial websites, social media graphics, online advertising, presentations, digital publications, and client-facing materials when the designs are incorporated into finished compositions and cannot be extracted or reused as standalone design assets.

Unless a separate written or Enterprise license expressly permits it, the designs may not be sold, distributed, or supplied as part of a digital product intended for download, resale, customization, or end-user reuse.

Prohibited digital products include digital paper collections, downloadable backgrounds, device wallpapers, editable templates, stock graphics, design kits, website themes, applications, and similar products where a Rosarium Strata design forms a substantial part of the downloadable value.

Promotion of properly licensed finished products is allowed when the designs appear only in photographs, mockups, or flattened promotional graphics and cannot reasonably be extracted as reusable standalone assets.

Print-on-demand, marketplace fulfillment, and comparable made-to-order production are not permitted under the Personal, Standard Commercial, or Extended Commercial licenses.

These uses require the POD + Mass Production License or a written Enterprise license. Under an applicable production license, designs may be supplied to an approved production or fulfillment service only as necessary to manufacture and sell the Licensee's permitted finished goods.

Customer-customizable products are not automatically included. A product that lets an end customer directly modify, rearrange, extract, replace, download, or otherwise manipulate the Rosarium Strata designs requires prior written approval.

Where the purchased license permits commercial production, the Licensee may engage professional printers, manufacturers, production partners, and fulfillment providers solely to manufacture permitted finished goods on the Licensee's behalf.

The Licensee remains responsible for compliance with the license and must ensure that production partners do not retain or independently use the designs.

Manufacture of raw materials or intermediate goods for resale to other manufacturers is not included unless expressly authorized in writing.

Where client work is permitted, the Licensee may use the designs to create a finished, non-extractable design for a client within the purchased production limit.

The client does not receive independent rights to the Rosarium Strata source designs. If the client needs to reuse the designs in new projects, access the source files, manufacture additional products independently, or exceed the purchased scope, the client must obtain an appropriate license.

The licensed designs, including modified versions, may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or offered as standalone creative resources.

The designs may not be incorporated into stock assets, digital paper collections, clip-art collections, templates, design-resource bundles, or other products that compete with the original Rosarium Strata asset. Modification does not create ownership of the underlying designs.

Rosarium Strata designs may not be used as, incorporated into, or registered as a trademark, service mark, logo, design mark, trade dress, or other source identifier without separate written authorization.

The Licensee may not register, claim, protect, or enforce trademark or comparable rights in the licensed designs or a recognizable portion of them.

The Licensee may claim rights only in their own independently created contributions to a finished work. They may not claim copyright ownership in the Rosarium Strata designs themselves or in modifications derived from them.

Attribution to Rosarium Strata is not required unless a product-specific or custom agreement says otherwise. The Licensee may not represent or imply that they created, own, or hold copyright in the underlying Rosarium Strata designs.

The designs may not be used to train, fine-tune, benchmark, develop, supply, or augment an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, dataset, image generator, style model, embedding system, or similar technology without a separate written license.

The designs may not be uploaded to or incorporated into a generator, customization engine, template system, application, or service that enables third parties to generate new reusable designs from the licensed designs unless expressly authorized in writing.

Contact Rosarium Strata before exceeding the unit limit or expanding into a use that is not covered by the current license. A higher license or custom written agreement must be in place before the expanded use begins.

The license terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that purchase unless Rosarium Strata and the Licensee agree otherwise in writing. Future updates to these published terms apply to future purchases and do not retroactively reduce rights already granted under a prior purchase.
